Baba Nest is the rooftop of the Sri Panwa resort on Cape Panwa, the quiet southeastern finger of Phuket. A square teak deck, ringed entirely by an infinity pool, points west at the sunset.
The Rooftop Guide ranks it among the best rooftop bars in Asia, and the photograph that follows the ranking is always the same one.
The catch is arithmetic. Three hours a night, a few dozen seats, and a 3,000 THB minimum for outside guests. Book a week out or watch the sunset from sea level.
