Counterpart is the Liberty Station cocktail-and-restaurant from chef Tara Monsod — a serious cocktail programme paired with a Filipino-California kitchen that's been on the city's best-of lists since opening.
The cocktail menu runs about fifteen builds with a strong calamansi and Asian-Pacific ingredient focus. Kitchen does Filipino-California small plates — lumpia, pancit, chicken adobo. The room is wood-panelled with a long zinc bar.
