A Casa do Porco — Bar — Centro

A Casa do Porco is Jefferson and Janaina Rueda's celebrated Centro restaurant — and the bar programme is a serious draw in its own right, especially the basement Hot Pork lab.

The ground-floor bar runs a Brazilian-spirit-forward cocktail menu (cachaça, gin-and-jabuticaba, sugar-cane vermouths) and the food can be ordered direct from the bar. The room is tight, loud and properly Centro.

Walk-in only for the bar — 30+ minute wait Friday-Saturday. Restaurant requires reservation.
