Boteco São Bento — Vila Madalena

Boteco São Bento is the Vila Madalena samba-and-chopp pub that anchors Aspicuelta's bar strip — Friday and Saturday nights it spills onto the pavement with live samba.

The format is true botequim — chopp poured fast, simple bar food (bolinho, pastel, croquettes), live roda de samba Friday-Sunday afternoons and weekend evenings. Crowd is local Paulistano not tourist.

Walk-in. Pavement seating goes first. Roda de samba starts ~3pm Sunday.
