Pirajá — Pinheiros
Pirajá is the classic São Paulo botequim on Faria Lima — a corner-pub institution that's been pouring chopp since the 1980s.
The format is tight: a long marble bar, white-jacketed waiters, ice-cold chopp Brahma in tulip glasses, and a short list of bar food (bolinho de bacalhau, kibe, picanha na chapa). The crowd is mixed — finance-district lunch, after-work, late-night locals.
Walk-in. Avoid 8-10pm Friday — wait can hit 30 mins.
