Bar Tres has been operating in Ebisu since the early 2010s and has built a quiet reputation among Tokyo cocktail enthusiasts. The bar specialises in lesser-known European spirits — Italian amari, French herbal liqueurs, Spanish vermouths, Eastern European fruit brandies.
The cocktail programme uses these unusual spirits as the base for original drinks. The bartenders know each bottle's provenance and will explain the production. The drinks are technically precise but rooted in ingredient curiosity.
