Allegory is the Shaw speakeasy hidden inside the Eaton Hotel, push past the unmarked door, into a candle-lit Alice-in-Wonderland-themed room with painted-mural walls and a serious cocktail programme.
The cocktail menu runs about fifteen builds with a strong narrative-driven format, each cocktail is tied to a story chapter. The room takes around 50, reservation strongly recommended.
