barmini is José Andrés's avant-garde cocktail bar adjacent to minibar — a 12-seat reservation-only programme where each tasting walks through laboratory-precise spec, theatrical effects and edible-cocktail technique.
The format is fixed — six cocktails, around 90 minutes. The bar uses spherification, rotaries, fat-washes, and edible glassware throughout. One of America's most ambitious cocktail programmes.
