Marrakech is more bar-friendly than its religious-conservative reputation suggests, but the rules are specific: alcohol is licensed only in hotels and restaurants. The 10 below are mostly riad rooftops, hotel bars and Hivernage-district restaurants. Most have either Atlas-mountain views or Medina-rooftop vistas. Reservations are essential at every entry below.

Bar-hopping doesn't really exist in Marrakech — most visitors pick one or two rooms per evening. The Hivernage hotel bars (Churchill at La Mamounia, Sky Bar Es Saadi) are the polished options. Riad rooftops (El Fenn, La Salama) deliver the Medina-view experience. Most rooftop terraces close by midnight; some hotel bars run later.
