Oslo wine bars have multiplied in the last decade. Territoriet is the most respected, but a half dozen others now run serious natural wine programs. Vérité brings a two-floor wine and cocktail lounge to the Aker Brygge waterfront. Vin Vin adds Norway's largest wine cellar in a Torggata basement.
