The Relae Team's Nørrebro Natural Wine Bar
Manfreds is the natural wine bar from the Relae team in Nørrebro. The room is intentional — bare wood, exposed brick, around 30 seats — and the wine list is one of the most considered in Copenhagen. Around 100 European naturals dominant.
The kitchen runs serious vegetable-focused small plates from the Relae kitchen. The bartender-sommeliers explain each pour. The bar has been ranked among the best wine bars in Europe since opening.
