wine · Iconic Manfreds on Jægersborggade is the Relæ-team natural-wine bar that defined a generation of Nørrebro drinking. The list runs to roughly three hundred references, almost entirely natural, with an Italian bench that includes producers nobody else in Scandinavia bothers to import.

The kitchen runs a strict vegetable-led tasting menu that the bar half of the room can dip into at will, and the by-the-glass programme is one of the most active in Copenhagen. The staff turn over slowly and know what they pour. It ranks third for the combination of vegetable cooking and natural-wine programme: nowhere else in the city does both halves this well, and the buying integrity has held for over a decade.
