Set inside a converted warehouse on Rue Mayor, a block from Sherbrooke, the bar occupies a long industrial space with exposed ducts, reclaimed wood, and a back-lit bar that turns the bottles into architecture. The room feels considered without trying too hard — which is exactly the effect.
The drinks programme mirrors the space: technically rigorous, seasonally driven, not showy. The bartenders here understand balance in a way that feels effortless, which is the hardest thing to fake. On any given Tuesday evening you will find architects arguing about zoning, record-label people working on laptops until 6pm, and the kind of food-industry crowd that starts their evening after their shift ends. That mix is not accidental. Furco actively resists the weekend-tourist bar model.
