Hemingway's is the Downtown Nashville Cuban-themed cocktail bar — leather banquettes, a long mahogany bar, ceiling fans and a Hemingway-period rum-and-cigar programme.
The cocktail programme leans Cuban-classic — Hemingway daiquiris, Cuban old fashioneds, a serious aged-rum collection. Kitchen does Cuban-bar plates: empanadas, ceviche, croquetas.
