Osaka's Champagne and Natural Wine Specialist
Bar Brillant is on the fourth floor of a Kitashinchi building and operates as a wine bar with a serious Champagne focus. The list runs to around 200 Champagnes (mostly grower-producer), 100 natural wines, and a careful selection of European classics.
The bartender-sommelier explains each pour and recommends pairings with the small Japanese-French food menu. The Champagne by-the-glass programme rotates weekly with rare grower bottles.
