Saint-Germain's Gin Specialist
Tiger Bar opened on rue Princesse in 2014 with a clear specialisation: gin. The back bar holds around 100 gins from around the world, with serious depth in French and Spanish gin. The bar's signature is the curated G&T — gin, tonic, garnish all chosen specifically.
The cocktail programme beyond G&T is short. The Negroni runs in multiple variations including a French gin Negroni. The Martini programme is serious. The bartenders explain each gin's distillation before pouring.
