Bit House Collective is the Buckman cocktail-and-restaurant from the team behind Multnomah Whiskey Library — a serious cocktail programme paired with a strong American kitchen.
The cocktail menu rotates seasonally with about fifteen builds. The bar runs a serious whiskey list (300+ bottles). Kitchen does American small plates with a celebrated burger and a strong vegetable programme.
