Shift Drinks is the Downtown Portland cocktail-and-snack bar that's quietly become one of the city's most respected, a tight programme of seasonal drinks plus a serious natural-wine programme.
The cocktail menu runs about a dozen builds. Wine programme runs 25+ glass pours with a strong natural focus. Kitchen does small-plates American, celebrated burger, charcuterie, vegetable plates.
