AHA Saloon opened on Anhe Road in 2018 as the second-act bar of several bartenders who had cut their teeth on the Asia 50 Best circuit in the late 2010s. The bar has spent every year since on Asia's 50 Best, has won World's 50 Best Best Bar in Asia accolades, and operates at a level that competes with the best rooms in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. AHA Saloon's menu rotates seasonally around a theme; the current edition (announced in May 2026) is built on Taiwanese mountain ingredients — high-mountain oolong, taro, sweet potato, betel leaf. Order whichever drink the bartender working in front of you most wants to make. The whole programme is collective; any of the four named above will steer you to the right next drink.
