Draftland opened on Anhe Road in 2018 as the world's first cocktail bar serving every drink from a draft tap. The concept sounded gimmicky on opening; six years on, Draftland has been on Asia's 50 Best multiple times, has been copied (badly) in cities from Tokyo to New York, and is the bar that genuinely changed what a fast-cocktail-service venue could do. The current ten cocktails include a Yuzu Highball, a clarified Bloody Mary, a low-ABV Mountain Tea Spritz built around Taiwanese high-mountain oolong, and an Old Fashioned variant on tap. Order the Yuzu Highball first — it is the drink that makes the bar's argument clearest. The bar is open daily from 7pm to 1am; walk-in only.
