Foxglove is hidden behind a fake umbrella shop on Duddell Street in Central. You walk past the umbrella display, find the door at the back, push, and enter a 50-seat cocktail bar with leather banquettes, dim warm lighting, and a 1950s Hong Kong aesthetic.
The cocktail programme is rooted in classical builds. The bartenders are formally trained and the build follows traditional technique. The seasonal menu rotates four times yearly with thoughtful original cocktails alongside immaculate classics.
