Småberget

· Natural Småberget opened on Markveien in 2022 as the third-generation Grünerløkka natural-wine room, run by former Territoriet staffer Henrik Aas with a deliberately tighter cellar than its mentor — twelve to fifteen by-the-glass references rotating weekly, with a buying perspective focused on Czech, Slovenian and Austrian producers rather than the French Loire core.

The room is twelve seats and standing-room behind, the kitchen is short and Eastern European-leaning, and the music is louder than serious tasting wants. Ranks eighth because the format is intentionally narrow but the Central European buying axis is genuinely fresh.
