· Natural Vinslottet sits two blocks from Territoriet on Thorvald Meyers gate and represents the modern face of Grünerløkka wine drinking — younger team, looser format, a list rewritten weekly on a chalkboard rather than printed. Owner-sommelier Magnus Nilsson (no relation) trained at Maaemo and runs a programme weighted toward Loire chenin, Mosel kabinett and a quietly serious German section that goes deeper than Territoriet's Francophile core.
The room is small and loud, the food is short and good, and the by-the-glass rotation hovers around eighteen references. Ranks second because the Germanic focus is the city's strongest and the buying perspective genuinely differentiates from the Territoriet axis.
